Monte Bondone is a wonderful green mountain area. During summer, is the perfect place to leave the torrid city and enjoy the nature and the open air activities, amanzing for kids as for grandparents.

Hiking and trekking lovers will appreciate one of the most classic walk in our region, the Three Peaks of Bondone path, reching Cima Cornet (2180m), Doss d'Abramo (2133m) and Cima Verde (2102m) in one single hike. It doesn't require any specific training, and due to the unique position it can reward you with an outstanding 360 degrees view on the whole Trentino, from Eastern Dolomites and Lagorai to Adamello Brenta mountains. Absolutely astonishing!

Don't miss all the seasonal activities promoted by Hotel Montana. From monday to thursday, every day we have our own proposal: hiking in the woods from Vason to Vaneze, mountain bike at Viote, trekking on Monte Bondone's walks (Cima Palon, Three Peaks, Sella dei Cavai, Cercenari's Path, Dos De La Cros, Rosta and the magnificent (and wild) Riserva Integrale. Moreover we will meet craft honey producers and laid back while looking at the sky at night at the Stars Terrace.

In 10 miles you can reach Trento. It's a little-big town, which keeps sign of its complex and fascinating history: discover its ancient roman remains and the historical heritage gained during the centuries of Principato Tridentino, especially from 1545 to 1563 during the Trento's Council when Trento suddently became the second city in the Catholic world after Rome for 18 years. Visit the Buonconsiglio Castle, the Churches and the Towers all over the town. Do not miss the opportunity to visit MUSE and the Albere district, both designed and created by archistar Renzo Piano, and if you are not frightened by15 more miles, visit Rovereto and the modern-arts museum MART.

On the Lakes Valley's and Riva del Garda side, take a visit to Cantine Pisoni in Pergolese, Drena Castle in the magic surrounding of Drena, Lagolo, Cavedine, Toblino and Santa Massenza lakes (where there's the hydro-electric central, very interesting to visit for kids).
