Much water has passed under the bridge since great-grandmother Tina closed hundreds of tortellini by hand for the first guests of the Hotel Montana. More than fifty years have passed since then and today the offer has become more varied, combining classic Trentino recipes with dishes from Italian and international cuisine. For over twenty years, Hotel Montana has been a member of the AIC, the Italian Celiac Association. A commitment that has led us to get to know the needs of those who are allergic to gluten or have other food intolerances in order to offer them safe and tasty meals even when they are on vacation. Managing a hotel on the top of a mountain where nature still preserves many spaces imposes a great responsibility on us towards the territory that hosts us. This is why, in the kitchen and in every aspect of the hotel management, we are very careful to guarantee sustainability and respect for the environment, favoring local suppliers and local products.
\nFor the same reasons we try to limit food waste in every way: we prefer not to exaggerate with portions, always guaranteeing a second helping (or third serving!) to those who show they appreciate our dishes.
