Saunas
In our hotel with sauna on Monte Bondone you can enjoy the sweet, warm and steamy embrace of our saunas overlooking the enchanting panorama of the Brenta Dolomites.
Climb the stairs and open the door. The sauna environment awaits you to transport you along a path of intense pleasure and warm well-being. Start with a warm shower. It will serve to moisten your skin, preparing it for the salt or sugar scrub that will promote transpiration.
Now it’s time to dry yourself thoroughly, before abandoning yourself to the wellness path of our hotel with sauna on Monte Bondone. Doing so will help you activate sweating before choosing the sauna. We recommend starting with the soft hammam. A 40° steam bath scented with balsamic essences that benefit the entire respiratory system with their effects.
Or you can choose the softer of the two Finnish saunas.
It reaches a maximum of 60° and promotes muscle relaxation, helps the body to purify itself and improves the tone of blood vessels. Similar benefits, only a little milder, than those provided by the 90° Finnish sauna. A more demanding experience, rewarded by the splendid view of the Brenta Dolomites that can be enjoyed from its large window.
Each sauna session should not last more than 15 minutes and should always be interspersed with emotional showers or the Finnish bucket. A temperature change that allows the vessels to perform a little gymnastics, alternating vasodilation and vasoconstriction. Furthermore, between one session and another, it is advisable to give yourself a few minutes of rest in our relaxation areas and rehydrate with a cup of hot herbal tea.

With the beauty of the mountain in your eyes, in our hotel with swimming pool on Monte Bondone you can enjoy the pleasure of a relaxing swim in the pool.
A large window illuminates the entire area that houses the hotel’s swimming pools and hydromassage tubs, thus opening up the view of the characteristic profile of Cima Palon and its breathtaking passages. In this large and bright space you will find two swimming pools at your disposal to enjoy the pleasure of a relaxing bath in our hotel with swimming pool on Monte Bondone. The first pool, heated to 32°, is dedicated to adults and their relaxation. The second, however, at a controlled height, is dedicated to children and their fun. In addition, to the side of the pool, there is a hydromassage tub with six effervescent loungers and a relaxing vertical waterfall.

When we began planning our exclusive private spa on Monte Bondone, we envisioned creating an intimate and secluded space within the Hotel Montana wellness center. A serene and relaxing place where you can retreat to enjoy, far from everything and everyone, a relaxation experience so intense that you’ll lose track of time. Following this vision, we created a space that can accommodate no more than four people. Inside our Private Panoramic Spa, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Brenta Dolomites. In the Private Spa on Monte Bondone, you’ll find a 35° hot tub and a 90° Finnish sauna. Two comfortable larch wood chaise lounges, a home theater television, and a herbal tea corner complete the amenities.
The Private Spa is designed for one or two people and includes bathrobes, towels, a fouta, and slippers.
