Now it’s time to dry yourself thoroughly, before abandoning yourself to the wellness path of our hotel with sauna on Monte Bondone. Doing so will help you activate sweating before choosing the sauna. We recommend starting with the soft hammam.

Or you can choose the softer of the two Finnish saunas.

It reaches a maximum of 60° and promotes muscle relaxation, helps the body to purify itself and improves the tone of blood vessels. Similar benefits, only a little milder, than those provided by the 90° Finnish sauna. A more demanding experience, rewarded by the splendid view of the Brenta Dolomites that can be enjoyed from its large window.

Each sauna session should not last more than 15 minutes and should always be interspersed with emotional showers or the Finnish bucket. A temperature change that allows the vessels to perform a little gymnastics, alternating vasodilation and vasoconstriction. Furthermore, between one session and another, it is advisable to give yourself a few minutes of rest in our relaxation areas and rehydrate with a cup of hot herbal tea.
